Paul Walsh is a technologist specialising in the design and delivery of solutions for humans with data. As former CEO at the data management company Datopian and former CTO at the Open Knowledge Foundation (OKF), Paul has extensive data management and leadership experience. He has worked directly with high profile clients on technical architecture, data strategy and product development projects across a range of industries and sectors. Paul has also contributed to and maintained a number of open-source codebases used by governments and civic tech organizations globally, and has co-produced various specifications for data interoperability.
